A Layman's Guide to Texas State Parks

We created the Layman's Guide to Texas State Parks after spending our first 18 months of retirement traveling to all of the parks.  As we travelled, we captured maps, information and pictures of each amazing place.  We also realized that some of the information we got would be helpful in the planning of family and individual travel.  We recommend you use the Texas Parks and Wildlife sites as it is full of information. And we are hopeful that you can enjoy seeing our journey and encourage you as to start yours.
